Team dinner w/ @gauri and @Orion. Nice, intimate feel. Food was great (though portions could have been bigger). Attentive staff and larger than expected wine menu. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more

Try the tripe. It’s braised for five hours, tossed with cannellini beans & spicy merguez, topped with garlic bread crumbs & crisped in the broiler. It’s one of our #100best dishes & drinks of 2011. Read more

Most all of the servers at Lyon are fresh-from-the-Continent French. This means they'll know just how to help you pair your pâté with the perfect class of vino.

Francois Latapie is the epitome of a NYC restauranteur. If he's there the night you visit, consider yourself extra lucky. This place is great -- the vibe, the food, the management.

Authentic French Bistro in the WV. I love their trio salad. Their Coq Au Vin is to DIE for.

Patronize a place 'cuz it 'makes' you feel like you're in France? Too-cramped quarters, staffed by kids (food tastes like it's cooked by kids too). Not a destination resto. I'll take a Boulud instead.
