Pricey gourmet butcher now serving sandwiches by the old Saltie team. Preferred the schnitzel to the Italian. Suggest subbing the ciabatta for focaccia, which gets soggy quite fast

You can actually do a lot of (expensive, top-quality, local) daily marketing here! Meat of course but also some produce, dairy, and wonderful buttermilk ice cream. Extra-good staff, too!

I've been rosasting the 3 pound trussed chickens in a cassarole. They are very good quality. Simple, easy, delicious.
