The Standard meets the Wythe Hotel. It just opened, but this place beats both of them. Best view in Brooklyn, possibly the whole city.
Cocktails are $16-18 and the views are some of the best I've seen at a bar in Manhattan. Don't let it's proximity to Times Square scare you away. (Cool spot to bring an out of town visitor or a date).
