I'm not an *expert* in pizza (yet), but the pepperoni square is one of the best slices in the city. Order two.
No observation deck. My dentist is on the 69th floor so here’s a peek of the view. The lobby elevator only takes you up to a transfer point on 57 floor; there’s a smaller elevator to get near the top.
