Nate S: There is always a wait at this dive Mexican spot, but once you take your first bite you'll understand why. They always overestimate the wait time (45 minutes = 15 minutes), so hang nearby.

Nate S: I dream about the Rebel Within every night that I'm not in San Francisco. (Don't be turned off by it's price -- it's breakfast/brunch/snack all in one muffin and worth every penny).
Nate S: One of the best bbq spots I've ever been to. If you're not in the mood to try the dry ribs (that everyone raves about), go with the bbq sammich. Pair it with a super-local brew: Yazoo or Jackelope.
Nate S: Don't bother with the menu- just order a 1/2 sheet of square (feeds 3-4 very hungry people). The pizza is good, but it's all about the experience (outside picnic tables, old school Italian families).

Breakfast Spot · Lower Nob Hill · 246 tips and reviews
Nate S: Come here for breakfast on your own or with your beau; the seating is extremely limited inside this tiny spot. The "seating for 10" tips might be a stretch- more like comfortable seating for 6-8.
