AndrewApril 27, 2016Very poor airport; dated interior with poor choice of retail & food outlets. The queues for passport checks & security are way too long. TSA usually have 1 person despite 50+ people in a queue!
Diane WonchMay 17, 2016This is the worst most impolite place to which you may have to travel! The A terminal is dirty, crowded and the TSA staff are rude. You can be efficient without shouting and throwing bins around!

Ticketing is on the 2nd floor now at terminal B. got a little confused at first.

And it isn’t pretty! 👎- BrandonJanuary 13, 2020Concessions are horrible. Terminals are old. AirTrain is very slow and cramped (walking pace sometimes). It is connected to Amtrak/Nj Transit to Manhattan which is a bonus.
The best time to leave is in the morning, else expect to be late arriving at your next destination.

Go to grand central oyster bar for wine and oysters pre-flight, united terminal C
