- Security lines are abominable. Just think about it—we’re all be dead eventually, life is literally priceless, and one has to spend their finite life hours on queuing and listening to TSA yell at you.
- FlightCenter.comJanuary 3, 2012TSA TIP #4 When loading your belongings onto the x-ray belts load them in an order to help expedite at the other end. THINK, (a) suit case first, (b) laptop bags/purse, & (c) your shoe & belts tray.
- BuddyJuly 3, 2012Showed up at 1040 for an 1130 flight and actually had to wait for boarding about 15 minutes. If your flight is during the week, don't be worried if your running behind- you won't miss your flight!!!
- FlightCenter.comJanuary 3, 2012TSA TIP #5 Once through the x-ray machines take your belongings (trays) off the belts & get re-packed & dressed in the areas designated for this rather than holding up the lines at the x-ray machines.
- Regardless of when you arrive at Term A, you will surely discover the incompetence of TSA and your fellow travelers.
- I'm here a lot. The transportation station to other gates, from C is at Gate 71. If you are mobility challenged, going up the stairs at Terminal A can be difficult. Small elevator or lots of stairs.
- FlightCenter.comJanuary 3, 2012TSA TIP #1: Before getting to the screening check points clean out your clothing pockets as well as any metals/jewelry etcetera and put them into your carryon bags (or jacket pockets) ahead of time.

- The security lines here can make you question the very nature of epic time scales. Earth is 4.5 billion years old, dinos were around for 100 million years... Do yourself a favor and get on PreCheck.
- Wow! What a difference between old Terminal A and the new one. It’s like time travel. Seems like Newark airport is finally in 21st century. Playgrounds for kids and a lot of space.
- Dining options have improved greatly in the United terminal. Looks beautiful. That said - isn't it time to improve the bathrooms that seem like a tribute to the Port Authority in the 80s?

- Stuart Glendinning HallAugust 12, 2011Try visiting the real Newark. A small historic market town in the heart of England. Was used in the English Civil War as the king's base camp (1640s). Chk out more on wikipedia by keywording 'Newark'.

- Terminal As Presidents Club has the best bloody marys, hands down...and they can serve alcohol at 6am, unlike the C terminal (9am). Flying out of C? No worries...they have a shuttle!
- The carts that drive people around aren't equipped with horns. So if you hear a "beep beep" it's actually the driver making that noise. You should still step aside though.

- My preferred airport to get to NYC, especially the west side of Manhattan. Frequent train service to NY Penn Station (journey takes ~25min).
