- For a cheap airport breakfast in terminal A 30-39, get a side of scrambled eggs and a side of bacon for 1.99 each

- Ning UDecember 4, 2016Nothing much here. Good if you want to catch the flight and dont want to waste time and avoid the crowd. Con: small duty free. Not many variety of products. No post office postbox.
- Don't fly Porter if you have three bags (or any more than one, really). I moved here for an internship and paid 50 something for bags at Pearson heading to LaGuardia, but now I'm paying 275 extra!
- Andy McMillanMay 8, 2012Looking for a power outlet and a solid wifi connection to get some work done? Absolutely no chance. Give up and go to the Heineken Bar in Terminal C.
- Large airport. Easy to navigate. Drop off and pick up can be difficult at times
- Security is a joke here. If you breathe funny, you will set off the "bomb alarm." Random TSA-pre checks split up parties and they don't seem to care as they pat you down and violate you.

- I suggest the international travellers apply for the global card... It took me about 5 minutes to go through check out and customs and be out of the airport... Yay!
- I rode from Brooklyn to here cost 65 plus till. Not bad al all
- Crunch GymSeptember 17, 2010Air travel can be tough on the knees and joints so while in flight, rotate the ankles in a circular motion one at a time. Then, sit back, relax and enjoy your flight.
- Pretend you're an idiot so you won't be shocked when the TSA here treats you like one. Please and thank you works EVERYWHERE.
- Nowhere decent to eat so you better bring some bagels or pizza along with you!
- Please avoid this airport if you can, especially for connecting flights. Many delays and cancellations due to large volume of traffic and the weather.

- Storm messed ur flights? Sitting on standby wondering when u'll get on a flight? Pissed off cause they lost ur luggage? Welcome 2 EWR! It's usually not this bad, could b worse, you could b in LGA ;)
- Sara AinslieMarch 31, 2015Terminal A Security are so funny & friendly! Makes the trip so much more pleasant.
- United terminal C: check in on level 2 if you can, then walk down to gate C3 for the TSA pre-check line for the fastest pre boarding
- NJ Transit can get you to Penn Station NY in 30 mins if you get the timing right. Amtrak in 20 for double the price.
- BeeAugust 7, 2014Just request an Uber when you're walking out of the plane, and it'll be ready outside by the time you reach there!
- Get a Patty or Curry at Golden Krust! Excellent Caribbean food and awesome prices. The jerk chicken patty is Amazing!!!!!
- For those living in NJ to the west and south remember ABE could be an option as well.
- Terminal C United Lounge has a separate "Family Room" with couches and a tv to keep the kids entertained.

- Heather GApril 14, 2016The C terminal is cool. Whisky bar, decent looking food, Modern food court w/self order self pay.
- Security backs up at peak times. Get there early! Especially if you don't have TSA precheck.
- Can be a dreary and unfriendly place and it can be easy to get sucked into the negative vortex here. Make a stranger smile - you will feel better too!
- If you get a meal on the flight, immediately place your butter onto your hot entree to melt the butter. Super delicious.
- There's nothing like the view of Staten Island's rolling hills, as seen from EWR, on a clear summer day

- There's not much in the way of shopping. For food, the Belgian bar is probably the best of two options after passport control
- Newark is the Eskimo word for whales vagina. Understandable why the city bares this name. (I read it on Wikipedia. Must be true)
