- Fran SuJune 1, 2018Great place for groups. Everything is good. Big fan of the sharing concept. Veal meatballs (feel guilty about this😢), pastas (pappardelle, gnocchi, linguine with clam sauce), gelatos... all so tasty!Upvoted 2 days ago
- Mary AlesandriniJuly 29, 20169 - Authentic Italian, and the first place I've found in America that has Sgroppinos! Has half plates of entrees to allow you to try even more!
- JenKuduJune 13, 2014Lovely olive mix, veal meatballs are ok, the tortellini with ham and peas is wonderfully rich and the papparadelle is tasty. Zeppolles (pic) are light and fluffy w/ very delicious chocolate sauce.
- Emily JenkinsJanuary 21, 2019All yum! Just make sure to ask if Food is spicy if you are sensitive because lots of random chillies! Willing to do half portions of desserts which is so lovely and accommodating.
- Tracey DubuqueMay 11, 2018Great atmosphere! Sinead was our bartender/server & was extremely helpful&friendly! Ordered cheese/charcuterie which was awesome. Dates and homemade pasta were amazing. And half priced wine to go!!!
- so glad to finally try this place! From the Terrace seating, delicious prosecco, great people watching, to the yummy pizza & pasta..this is now one of my fav spots! #newtochicago
- Patricia Andrews-KeenanOctober 6, 2017Loved the family style dining. The food was wonderfully prepared as well as plentiful. We had the chicken and salmon and both were great. The staff was attentive and the Chef Coleta stopped by too.
- EDUARDO ROMEROMarch 23, 2018Me and my wife had a salad and a pepperoni pizza. Every thing was perfect 👌🏻 ideal for sharing. They have a very good wine selection too. Desserts looked good, but we were too full to try them.
- Chris DavisAugust 22, 2016I have to go back! Loved the food and they are open late!! Their outdoor seating is adorable and it looks like it has an upper level outside! For me that is something I must go back to experience!
- hillary kurtzSeptember 3, 2015Loved the Pene alla Vodka. One of the best I've had. The porcino and truffle rissoto was good and the chocolate cake was sooo delicious. The ocopus was ok and the veal sliders were not bad either.
- Ray ButlerDecember 18, 2017Great food and wine at a fair price. Sausage pizza was light and non-filling. Very addicting without putting you into a food coma. 10/10 would pizza again.
- Angelina S.August 26, 2015The service was excellent. I had the best fettuccine di mare with Parma martini, grilled octopus, and caprise salad. The portions just right and the items shareable. I'd recommend this place forever.
- Thomas BensonJanuary 21, 2019Food is served as it comes out, and dishes are meant for sharing. Ordering a few plates at a time is a good move (especially since service was so fast). Food was all good and staff was nice as well.
- AngelaMarch 27, 2013My deep affection for this place will never end. Do not skip out on the house made goat cheese ricotta tangerine arugula salad. Amaze. Also the Fumo Negli Occhi pizza is out of this world. So tasty!
- House red is so great. Some of my faves: white bean spread, asparagus risotto, orrechiette, pappardelle, romaine hearts. Great service, very reasonable prices.
- Best cheap eat in RivNo. Neapolitan pizzas, veal meatballs w raisins, salumeria tasting, pappardelle pasta are spot on. Bring a group and share everything.
- Renata PortugalAugust 29, 2017Amazing pizza, we ordered 4 cheese, its a must!! The torta al cioccolato was my favorite!!! Also excellent service 👏🏻👏🏻
- Jorge EsquivelOctober 21, 2018excellent place to hace a dinner, there is a good balance between price, taste and excellent and fast service. Since it is very crowded it is a bit noisy
- CarolJuly 6, 2015Great food with a great view. VERY touristy and can be packed on the weekends. Nice wine selection and the Funghi Pizza was pretty standard, lacked salt though
- Philip TamOctober 13, 2015Literally love this place. Staff is knowledgable and very kind. Gets busy and loud. Kitchen is open until 1:00 am, but the cut off is strictly 15 minutes before. Otherwise open until 3!
- Penne alla Vodka all the way, I get it every time! For desserts, coppa al banana, the chocolate cake, the zeppole or the gelato - all are great with their coffee. But really, everything is delicioso!
- Jennifer PaoloniOctober 7Pasta is made to order and comes out as the type of pasta is cooked. Your meals come out in waves, but they provide sharing plates, so everyone can eat together
- Shannon JeropkeJuly 30, 2012While Quartino is more of an Italian Restaurant, it is an amazing one at that! Ask your waiter which wines to pair with their melt in your mouth Food!
- Literally can't go wrong with anything here. Classic, unpretentious Italian. Try the veal meatballs, fettuccine alfredo, and the funghi pizza.
- Good for groups or dates. Multiple seating options: bar, patio or main dining room. Get the: pizza, cheap wine, bacon wrapped dates and tortellini ❤️
- Alison SteeleMarch 12, 2017My go-to Italian spot anytime I'm in Chicago. Great Italian tapas and atmosphere- have never tried anything that wasn't amazing.
- SaffyBrinaPooJune 23, 2012Quaint little spot we just happened to stumble upon the day of their grand opening!! Outside terrace was really nice & the portions are just enough to compliment an adult beverage or two ;)))
- One of my favorite place. Very tasty food, perfect Bellini. Book the table in terrace, the main part of restaurant is very loud
- Erika DavisJuly 10, 2016Delicious Italian Tapas with lots of wine option (pretty cheap imo). One of my favorite Italian places in Chicago. It's always packed with people
- Corbin BlankensteinFebruary 7, 2015Fun atmosphere, relatively cheap, good Italian. Get the cheese fondue and extra dipping bread
- Melissa HookApril 15, 2013This is a great little spot for before dinner drinks. Italian through and through! We didn't have any food but it looked and smelled amazing! Definitely will go back!

- Madm FiaDecember 4, 2014Really good for groups. Get lots of stuff to share. Spinach and eggplant parm were my favs. Chocolate fondue with bananas was incredible.
- Cole KennedyApril 4, 2016Aw yeah. The tagliatelle puts happiness in your belly. The fresh pastas are all good, as is the diverse red wine list, but the pizzas aren't special.
- Deanna M.November 14, 2014A much classier option for your late night out case of the munchies than Rock n Roll McD's. Serves thin crust pizza only after a certain hour. Buttery thin crust > mystery meat chicken nuggets.
- Guillermo MendozaFebruary 15, 2014It was worth walking 8 blocks from the hotel in cold weather. Fresh caprese DELICIOUS roasted baby octopus and Quatro Stagioni pizza all great!
- Good options with great cost and benefits. We took the weekday lunch special, and we loved it.
- So many favorites: Lambrusco, pancetta wrapped dates, orecchiette, tortellini, braised pork shank, sea scallops, Tuscan sausage risotto, linguini with clams, roasted baby octopus
- House red and white are both tasty and a steal at $6 / Quartino (8oz)
- Adam PetersJuly 15, 2013I have never felt so attended to in my life than by our server, William. His suggestions were PERFECT. The food was out of this world. This is a MUST stop.
- Cole HalliganNovember 14, 2018Steer your eyes to the bottom right corner of the menu (if you can make it beyond the pasta)....the Tagliata Di Manzo is fantastic.
- dereqNovember 23, 2013Tables are called verbally in lobby, making it a crowded place as folks wait. A pager system would do this place wonders. Once you are seated try the sprout salad.
- Michael HelveyAugust 10, 2016Rib was incredible. Everything was incredible. Finish it off with the chocolate fondue or chocolate gelato.
- Chris KonecnyApril 8, 2015Cool place and pretty good Italian food. Small plates so you can order more dishes and share. The waitress in the bar area could have been better
- Time Out ChicagoAugust 2, 2014The Gibsons folks go rustic Italian with this cavernous dining room decked out with reclaimed wood and subway tiles, vintage mirrors and mismatched chairs. Read more
- Amy McGrathSeptember 7, 2016Nice atmosphere. Great veal meatballs. The appetizer portion is more than enough for dinner with a side salad.
- Try the Panino al Gelato Limone - Lemon cream gelato sandwich with lemon curd, whipped cream, & lemon chips. Amazing dessert; the best I've had in a while.
- Chris FergusonSeptember 27, 2011Great place for groups. Cheap wine, small plates (try the veal meatball sliders), tasty pizzas, and great atmosphere (opt for eating in the bar over the dining room, unless you've got a big group).
- Can't say enough good things about the veal meatballs, bolognese, and wine. Jarell, our server, was 100% on point. We're coming back, every week!
