Gourmet food doesn’t have to be a $15 Gruyère cheese burger. If you want a Manhattan menu without NY prices, look to Walter Foods, the new kid on Grand St. Laid-back vibes, slinging drinks til 2 am.

Honestly, hold your fried chicken cravings for down the street...your better off with the delicious short rib burger. You know, after you've had a dozen fresh oysters or so.

Try the Fish Taco - So far, best taco I've had outside of Los Angeles. Even better too bc fish was nicely grilled, not batter fried.

Fine, but for the same price or less: Go around the corner (Lodge, St. Anselm, Miller's, Extra Fancy, etc.) for a better meal, less expensive, higher quality/sourced ingredients.

French dip is ok, it's better at marlow and sons... But the fried chicken with spicy honey is unbelievable. The short rib burger looks great too.
