- Joke LaminMarch 18, 2014Germans only speak (or want to speak) German. If you speak English, they will stubornly answer in German. From security staff to waiters and vendors.
- DaveOctober 24, 201424 hours of free wifi! It's like you're not in Europe anymore. Except you're actually still in Europe for a few mor hours.
- Richard HlavatyJanuary 21, 2015Apparently there is a security policy against zippo lighters but only in Frankfurt have they confiscated mine after many many flights with it. Take care and check it in :(
- No need to rush to your luggage - it took 45 minutes to arrive! At least the sign did keep you posted. You can borrow a baby stroller if you need one while waiting.
- David Martins de MatosAugust 13, 2013Try the Asian food restaurant in the food court near the A gates. Also, don't forget that Telekom gives you 30 min. free wifi.
- When flying internationally - be prepared to be seated in a closed-off gate with no chance to get water or use restrooms. Do not to enter well in advance as you won't be able to leave it.
- Zachary PreheimJanuary 7, 2015Use a different email address each time you sign up for the free WiFi.
- Mohamed BarbaryAugust 10, 2014If your on transit get on those beds before u go to your gate because its hard getting back especially if ur in Z and A gates

- Rob HavasyJuly 10, 2015If exiting EU on Lufthansa allow 30 min to clear passport control, unless you have elite status. Shorter elite line is on right entering terminal Z. And terminal Z is next to A so walk is short.
- Get near your gate in time. Do not underestimate the distances. Free wifi throughout most of the airport!
- Free wifi for 24 hours. A lesson for those aiports who don't have it at all!
- Ivana MaksimovićMay 23, 2016Free WiFi, a lot of shops, enough seats, well connected terminals but it's way too big of Airport for my taste.
- Ainagul AstanaSeptember 17, 2013If you come from KZ you have to go to Terminal A or B by a train to get to your next flight in Europe. Mind your time then!
- Free wifi for 24 hours, good food selection, clean, comfortable chairs
- Steve AucoinAugust 30, 2013Takes awhile to switch gates. And there's lots of shopping including high end stores!
- Samuel PavinSeptember 27, 2013Note: Lufthansa offer free hot drinks in sitting areas. Enjoy tea/coffee while waiting for boarding to start
- Red-eye flight blues? Bloom Partners is looking for ambitious and curious consultants to join our teams in Munich or Berlin.
- Not enough common area seating places for such a big airport, unless if you necessarily want to eat / drink & have a place in restaurants/cafes.Other than that, people packed in front of ring screens!
- Ravi KaushikNovember 11, 2018If you are a non - european passport holder 70% chances of missing your connecting flights if layover less than 3 hours. ☹️. Avoid if you can.
- Cathy PJuly 13, 2016The little Quicker shops are great for snacks, water and key chains. Great airport!
- Brian GluckmanNovember 23, 2012Enjoy massing with people trying to get through passport control rather than having orderly lines like every other airport in the world!
- Airport is much better than Heathrow or Charles De Gaulle. Just make sure you're aware of which terminals you arrive and depart.
- JennSeptember 11, 2013Regardless of which airline you fly or your class of service, there are 2 public lounges passengers can pay to use: Luxx Lounge in Terminal 1 and Sky Lounge in Terminal 2. $40-60 USD - so helpful.
- Need a power socket? Go to Hausmann's, grab a drink and use the electrical plug outlets on their wall to charge your devices.
- Alpaslan ErtüngealpMarch 11, 2015It takes sometimes 39 minutes on foot to reach one gate from another. Not much has been done to speed it up!
- John KopsidasMarch 2, 2013only half hour of free internet. preposterous. use your friends at home phonenumbers and have them forward the pins to you. if you have long lay overs could be handy.
- John GaltMarch 17, 2015The airport is so-so, but very good is free coffee and tea, but places in which they are free are random and in different time
- Jeff FuhrmanApril 27, 2013If you are from Ukraine, Italy Russia, or the like, please note- in Germany there are lines. They believe in order here. :)

- Alyona CheDecember 7, 2014I liked the signs, it was easy to navigate in such a huge airport. Free WiFi from Lufthansa.
- Ppl in this airport should learn how to smile and be nice to people! I recommend they fly to US and get some skills fixed!
- Dilmin KucukbarakApril 21, 2013Security controllers for business passangers are slower than economy class. When one guy comolained about it, all controllers purposely slowed down his procedures and made fun of him!!!
- It’s massive and messy airport. Good food courts but very busy and difficult to find relaxing place if you have long layover.
