- Andrei JSeptember 16, 2018A large airport and long lines, make sure you come early for your flights.
- Free wifi and very fast. We watched a football game on our mobile and it was very good quality
- Avoid FRA for changing flights. This airport is extremely confusing and personnel rude. To confuse you even more they display trains on the same screens with flights. Simply: avoid at all cost!
- When flying internationally - be prepared to be seated in a closed-off gate with no chance to get water or use restrooms. Do not to enter well in advance as you won't be able to leave it.
- Terminal 1 is fantastic and huge. However, expect long security queue. Terminal 2 is functional but not loaded with food/shopping options; departure security is at individual flight boarding gates
- Save the 3€ for the visitors terrace, you get more or less the same view from McDonalds for free!
- Darya MalyutinaNovember 22, 2017If you have a gap between the flights less than 30 minutes- hurry up and don’t lose time! The airport is huge, it takes a lot to find the proper gate
- SiavashJune 24, 2017Wooow I don't know what I should I say about this Airport too big and not friendly people and I don't like business lounge but that's Frankfort Airport you know one of important Airport in the world
- ChrisOctober 9, 2014Nice airport, but the traffic around the place is nightmarish. Make sure you leave your hotel on time if you're traveling in or near rush hour.
- Quite large yet efficient airport, like Germans themselves :)
- Jean-Michel RNovember 16, 2014The regional connection to the airport by train are extensive and the station is expansive. Be sure to leave a sufficient (30-40 minute) window to arrive at the terminal, which is reached by bus.
- PEDRO FARINHAJuly 3, 2013Try the hot dogs! They are great, although a little expensive. I paid €6.20 for a simple hot dog and a 0,5l coca cola light.
- Jim BaileyDecember 16, 2014Clean, organized, easy to find your way with plenty of shops to pass some time in if you have a lay over
- Ivana MaksimovićMay 23, 2016Free WiFi, a lot of shops, enough seats, well connected terminals but it's way too big of Airport for my taste.
- For true #German style presents go to the Germany Store in Terminal 1B. For sure you'll find that authentic German souvenir for your loved ones.
- Jeffrey StanleyDecember 17, 2014Awesome airport!!! One of the best I have seen. Only was able to see international terminal, though. 😎
- Andrés Herrera OjedaDecember 20, 2014The service is comfortable because all the things that you need can be found easy especially if you are not from Germany. Greetings
- Go for the German Wines available at the Duty Free shop. Great selection and best cost/benefit deal.
- Messy lounges. Access from gates A to B and reverse is a huge hassle (queuing for elevators - if you choose the stairs is a burden & then the long corridor)! Not a passenger friendly airport.
- Not enough common area seating places for such a big airport, unless if you necessarily want to eat / drink & have a place in restaurants/cafes.Other than that, people packed in front of ring screens!
- Free WiFi, great facilities, great signage, plenty of shopping options, amazing Lufthansa Senator lounges, great view of the tarmac German efficiency. If you have time, check out the guided tours!
- convinient when you don’t have to change terminal Variety of shops and restaurants is excellent for the size of the airport absolutely ok
- Hani Ben MussaFebruary 18, 2017Best airport in European region very huge and many luxury coffee shops and grand stores
- Ashley SpearsDecember 1, 2014If you're American be warned that once you go through security you are at your gate and cannot leave so make sure you are done eating and shopping before going through
- Kemal OzmenJuly 29, 2017Very good Asian restaurants in terminal 1, both on arrivals and on departures, after the passport control
- JustinAugust 6, 2014Great and big enough to know where to go except you want to go to a service point in the morning
- Arrive at least 2 hours earlier. It’s serious otherwise you may lose your time between lines and missing your flight ✈️ !Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- Camille OgotiMarch 31, 2017Lufthansa is great to travel with. Friendly staff, great bakeries and shops and strong Wi-Fi
- Aleksch P.August 8, 2014Amazing airport, international hub. Security controls tend to last forever sometimes, but that's okay considering the amount of passengers.
- Brandon RobertsSeptember 20, 2016Large airport but simple and efficient. Stop for a currywurst at one of the small vendors!
- There's a wide selection of food and duty free shops in the departure lounge. Wifi is also available.
- Hans AramburoJune 21, 2014If you have T-Mobile in the US, you get free 2g data roaming. You will get an automatic text letting you know if that country is included. Germany is one of them. Enable data roaming on your phone.
- Akshay RajopadhyeMay 28, 2013Huge.......You walk till like eternity to reach one terminal. The most international airport of Germany. Operational HQ for Lufthansa.. Immaculate!
- Amro JastaniahMay 23, 2017Nice airport with all the facilities that you want , lots of shops but you have to move between terminals
- Abraham Siloé R.August 11, 2014I've travelled through Frankfurt Airport a number of times. Overall I've found the airport to be very good... :-)
- Free WiFi from Telecom for one hour. Many snack bars and shops will make waiting time short. Don't miss your flight though;)
- It's average. Big. Good navigation. If you're new to the big airports and you need to change terminals, there's a high chance that you'll be lost. Border police is shit as usual, ACAB. So be warned
- Hans AramburoJune 21, 2014If this is your first time travelling from the US, the airport souvenir shops sell adapters for your electric appliances. Make sure the adapter has three pongs for your laptop.
- Electric outlets can only be found at Lufthansa Senators Lounge. No desk to work on, just comfy chairs. Internet is limited to 30 minutes of free use. Comparing FRA with MUN, I choose Munich anyday.
- Terminal B showers are up stairs near the restaurant's only 6 euro. Nice and clean for a refreshing shower.
- Kamal BMay 12, 2013Gates B area pretty well stocked with shops and most important they have free trolleys, look for them behind and on the side of pillars in middle of walkways.
- John GaltMarch 17, 2015The airport is so-so, but very good is free coffee and tea, but places in which they are free are random and in different time
- Sweaty runs through long tunnels. Never know how far from your connecting flight gate they will drop you off. Sandwiches only.
- Freshen up by taking a shower for only 6 euros. Towels and toiletries included. Plus hair dryer. Not bad at all. 🚿
- If you've already planned a trip then just be sure that Lufthansa will spoil everything by unexpected delays or cancellations of your flights
- Very large airport with many shopping options, but a small food selection. Easy to navigate, but a lot of walking required.
