- Petra BosJuly 7, 2015Best airport I know: free coffee at the gates, free 24 hours WIFI, and wonderful lounge area with lounge chairs.
- Brian FitzgeraldSeptember 29, 2019Somebody failed airport signage 101. I believe it's generally good practice at a two terminal airport to provide navigational cues between them.
- Sweaty runs through long tunnels. Never know how far from your connecting flight gate they will drop you off. Sandwiches only.
- Juliana MilanovAugust 9, 2021Schedule extra time to make it to your connecting flight. Airport is huge and 1 hour layover is super risky. Prepare to pay freaking 5 Euro for a bottle of water.
- Magdalena KarniewiczMay 3, 2014The best organised airport which I ever saw. Very big si its timing and its better to be earlier. Good food. Luggage maschine
- Eyad AljardanAugust 8, 2014التفتيش الأمني الممل .. Think thousand times before travel through this airport .. The security check is really annoying.. Specially if you travel with kids !!!
- Darya MalyutinaNovember 22, 2017If you have a gap between the flights less than 30 minutes- hurry up and don’t lose time! The airport is huge, it takes a lot to find the proper gate
- Kevin DicksonMarch 23, 2015Great place for kids and I'm so thankful for the free coffee stands - even if they feel hidden. Well worth looking for them!
- Camille OgotiMarch 31, 2017Lufthansa is great to travel with. Friendly staff, great bakeries and shops and strong Wi-Fi
- DiogoJune 20, 2018Several WCs were not available and I had to walk very far to find one. Very messy boarding organization.
- It's gotten much better, the AirRail means the marathons from gates A to D are a thing of the past, and the food is top. Otherwise, still good old FRA with its morning fog.
- Andrei JSeptember 16, 2018A large airport and long lines, make sure you come early for your flights.
- KristianNovember 10, 2016Didn't find/need Wi-Fi. Very big airport so they've done a great job on moving ppl from one terminal to the next. Through largesse this place works!
- Kapt’n KokoMay 7, 2018Clean and efficient. Wander around if you have a connection, great shops and great food.
- TomApril 21, 2014Travelling on a tight budget? Grab a bottle of water for EUR 1.- (!!!) at the Duty Free Shop directly after the security check. Cheaper it gets only at the public water dispensers around. ;)
- Kamal BMay 12, 2013Gates B area pretty well stocked with shops and most important they have free trolleys, look for them behind and on the side of pillars in middle of walkways.
- The only free wifi I was able to find in terminal b is outside the senator lounge near gate b42. Sit at the right side of the leisure zone and connect to "tmobile"
- NickFebruary 19, 2013There is free WiFi around the B1-13 gates using Telekom. You get 30 minutes free by asking for a access code via your mobile number. It only allows one shot per phone number.
- Brandon RobertsSeptember 20, 2016Large airport but simple and efficient. Stop for a currywurst at one of the small vendors!
- Ez wifi connection. Unlimited and I was auto connected due to my last year s visit
- Emanuel KarlstenNovember 16, 2012The airport only allow 30 min free wifi. But you can get an extra hour if you go to McDonalds and reconnect. Or type your friends cell phone numbers and get another extra 30 min-pin through them.
- Jim BaileyDecember 16, 2014Clean, organized, easy to find your way with plenty of shops to pass some time in if you have a lay over
- Amadeus HellequinMay 15, 2013I ended up here because Ryanair shafted me, again. Fuck Ryanair. I hope Michael O'Leary's roof caves in. Thankfully Lufthansa are awesome sauce. Here's a tip; don't call them Luftwaffe by accident.
- The senator lounges are a step above the normal business class lounges. If you have *G on your ticket, find one of those.
- Talal BusaidiAugust 19, 2014Free Wifi available with high speed. Huge airport and very easy to find your gate and reach. 30 min connection flight you can make it.
- On terminal 1 there's a nice deli called "Meyer" with fresh beetroot salads and fresh juice!
- Mah RaMay 18, 2016I took LH493, It was some sort of Boeing, maybe 747.It seems the leg room getting smaller and smaller. In case of emergency landing forget about bending over as they recommend, there is no room!
- Neha OdedraAugust 31, 2014Airportz good..u ll probably end up using money for food.. do BRING EUROS coz most restaurant wud giv u back change in local currency which wont be useful if ur nt there for long..
- If you want to skip long queues at security in T1 areas A and B follow the signs to Terminal D/E, take the train towards T1A/Z and use the security checkpoint that is way less crowded.
- Alexandre RogMarch 5, 2016Very nice airport but be careful if you must take off from Francfort Hahn : this is another airport 100 kilometers away !!
- Abdullah AljumaAugust 17, 2015Its a good airport depending on which terminal you're flying from. Ask for the skybridge to transfer between terminals.. Because it's well hidden.
- Quite large yet efficient airport, like Germans themselves :)
- If you've already planned a trip then just be sure that Lufthansa will spoil everything by unexpected delays or cancellations of your flights
- firestartrOctober 4, 2014This is a huge airport & complicated airport. Figure out where your terminal & gate are first - food and shopping needs to come second or it could cost you your flight!
- Aegean airlines fly here and it is great to hear greek announcements in FraPort :-)
- Best food, fresh & tasty, to go or eat in: Meyer Feincost, just after security to the left (Terminal 1 A). Delicious soups, Sandwiches, Salads, Sweets.
- Lufthansa is a great company but the Frankfurt airport service is not up to the standard. Long queue everywhere. You should be careful when having a connection flight.
- Steve RappaportAugust 31, 2013America should come and study how they do security control. Super efficient. Great airport , shopping, comfort...
- Sherif NassarJuly 25, 2015The Flight farm Cairo was so bad , old plan and have no entertainment , :( =========free wifi on the airport so great 24h, this wonderful surprise :)
- Andrés Herrera OjedaDecember 20, 2014The service is comfortable because all the things that you need can be found easy especially if you are not from Germany. Greetings
- Free WiFi from Telecom for one hour. Many snack bars and shops will make waiting time short. Don't miss your flight though;)
- ChrisOctober 9, 2014Nice airport, but the traffic around the place is nightmarish. Make sure you leave your hotel on time if you're traveling in or near rush hour.
- Eddie DurandOctober 1, 2017If they send you to section a to pick up a car go to section b. Don't follow the signs be radical you'll get there quicker and mess with the German mentality for strict order
- Shannon O'DonnellSeptember 27, 2014This airport is huge. Despite how well traveled you think you are, you will still need at least 2 hours before boarding to get to your gate. I'd your easily confused, add more time!
- One of the few aiports in the world which have free coffee and tea vending machines (check terminal A)
- Mikke MusOctober 20, 2017Lots of shops and restaurants.. but the corridors are endless. Bring sneakers and make sure you calculate enough time to find ur gate
- Reminder: There's no Lufthansa lounge at B-Gates! A long walk back to A gates. Recommended lounge: Business lounge near A26
- Very busy, very confusing... Lines everywhere. But for planes lovers it's a delight ❤️
