Alice LiFebruary 27, 2017Poor presentation (the bowl was very dirty when served), and extremely salty. I got the Tonkotsu ramen and the soup was murky and tasted like pure sodium. Really had to try hard to finish my bowl.

GavinJune 20, 2015Ramen and broth quality has changed within the year that I have discovered Ivan ramen and it now feels overpriced for mediocre, hyped up ramen. I would still recommend the shoyu ramen.- Spicy Red Chili Ramen and a few Sapporos is the best hangover cure ever.

Shio and shoyu are the way to go (unless you can handle the garlic). The waffle is overrated.
