Alice LiFebruary 27, 2017Poor presentation (the bowl was very dirty when served), and extremely salty. I got the Tonkotsu ramen and the soup was murky and tasted like pure sodium. Really had to try hard to finish my bowl.

Shio and shoyu are the way to go (unless you can handle the garlic). The waffle is overrated.
