    Been here 10+ times
    Shio and shoyu are the way to go (unless you can handle the garlic). The waffle is overrated.

    Larger menu selection but I still prefer the mazeman at the Gotham Market location. Expect to wait about 45 min - 1 hour for seating.

    Get the shoyu. The cheese mazeman is basically Mac and cheese. Not great if you want ramen.

    Staff is friendly. We ordered 3 different ramen from the menu. All were below the expectations. Disappointed. Chicken wings were delicious as starter.

    Not a fan of the rye noodles. The broth is very light/delicate, which is intentional, so while not my style - I TOTALLY appreciate the execution

    I like the vibe of this place, appetizers were really good but the ramen was just ok.
