- Chris MeechanJune 30, 2023There should be laws about allowing this many rude people to congregate in one place
- Kaytea LesperanceJanuary 5, 2013Get ready to sit in lounge Q.. Stupidest invention ever. Kept us out of the real lounge.. Dumb.
- H. RosnerOctober 22, 2014Free Wifi is the only good thing here. Otherwise lines are long and complicated and passengers are cranky because of them
- Adil KhanDecember 14, 2011Would be nice to see a plug point close enough to the seats at the departure gates...
- Mathieu LessardJuly 5, 2011Got 9 hours to kill? Get your sleeping bag and take a nap. Airports are more comfortable than you think.

- I can recommend the pad Thai at casey's. Terminal 1 between gates 173 & 174

- Eleanor SalernoAugust 10, 2017Not one bathroom from the plane until after you clear customs/immigration. At least *I* didn't see one, and I was looking.
- Matthew CahillFebruary 24, 2010If traveling to Canada for biz, tell Customs "Business" instead of "Work". "Work" signals you're taking a Canadian job and Customs will give you more grief.
- Robert EmrichDecember 24, 2010Do everything you can to avoid the wheelchair service. They care more about the chair than the person in it.
- NO NEXUS. FINGER PRINTS, EYE SCANS & NOW TALK OF RFID CHIPS NO WAY. BIG BROTHER CAN STAY IN THE EXCITED SNAKES OF AMERIKKKA
- Canada border security agency (CBSA) in terminal 1 level 1 is very helpful.
- When flying, be sure not to look down, it worries the pilots.
- Terrible service in security. People are rude and barely speaks English. It is the same every time you need to go through security between transit gates in this airport.
