Search Youtube for "Sofia Talvik Toronto Airport" for a great live performance from cool Swedish singer/songwriter Sofia Talvik in the strange round steel statue at the gates.

hello guys Beautiful parks and beaches entice a trip to the small group of islands in Lake Ontario. Ferries take you from the foot of Bay Street to the about 3 km off the port located Toronto Beaches.

Dear people pulling out from the airport. You are not on the 401 yet so travelling 140 in a 60 zone is a bit ambitious.

Awful airport. Food and drinks are insanely overpriced. Difficult to get to if you don't want to pay for the similarly overpriced train from the city.

Here's a tip. Fly through Montreal for US flights if you can...unless you're into sitting in a big empty room waiting for your name to popup on a tiny screen.

Tip for surviving the worst airport: embrace premeditatio malorum, the practice of considering future evils. Plan on 2hr delay and missed connection. Then, when it's only a 1hr delay, life is good.

Messed with the exit, took a route through their office and I ended up outside without my luggage. I had to manage a security officer to sneak into the luggage area from outside. It's a messy maze.
