- At most security checks they dont check boardning passes in the business class line, so its worth a try if lines are long for economy..
- Use the one hr free WiFi, get a drink at Center Bar, and enjoy one of the best airports on the planet.
- What a shame 3 languages on this country and a very low percentage speaks all ,,, really .Oh well , with English you’re always on the move

- Really difficult to understand how this can be considered one of the best airports: unpolite and unfriendly people telling they don t understand you. must go to Singapore for a training

- The taxfree discount voucher that is presented upon connecting to the airport wifi is only valid when printed on paper! Who carries a printer in their hand luggage?

- If you're a star alliance silver/gold traveller, there's a Swiss arrival business lounge you can use before leaving the airport or waiting for a connecting flight. Jut follow the arrival lounge sign.

- One of best airports in Europe. Don't lose the oportunity of visit the duty free shop at the end of A terminal (next to door A86)
- It’s so expensive it’s unbelievable but it’s Switzerland! People’s used to overpay for everything!
- good shopping and a few nice restaurants of fast food native to partly with music in the Rest. "upperdeck".
- SiLiCaTEDecember 16, 2017Very quick security check and passport control. However, allow sufficient time to reach your gate; this is the super big airport.
- AirBerlin requests 12 franks for early baggage drop-off, incredible!
- Watch out for the information panels which will give you an estimation about your gate changing time.
