Their signature ramen (akamaru) was pretty good but definitely not the best I've had in New York. Only saying this because the wait is incredibly long so I wouldn't go back because of that.
The Akamaru Modern ramen was the best ramen I had outside of Japan, although I am sure the others are amazing too! Get the extra special pork belly, if you know what I mean!
a good least 30 mins wait time, noodles = so so, soup base = very flavorful ( I got the wasabiramen. its okay) wasabioctopus and pork buns = A MUST. SERIOULY. $2 hot paste a must if you like spicy,

This place gets packed! Don't be one of those people who chit chats and loafs around while everyone else is waiting to get their noodle on. Slurp, pay, get out.
you're gonna have a wait there but it's totally worth it. why not get the maiko cocktail and dream of the sweet pork baos you'll soon be eating? right? right.
