Get here early and avoid checking bags in. Security and check-in take forever.
The Virgin lounge has sit down dinner. Decor is cool. But wifi is spotty.

For JetBlue flights, spend the extra $$ on 'Even More Speed' pass. Especially during Spring break. Can save you at least an hour of security line waiting.
If it is insanely early or late at night and you are headed to Manhattan, a taxi is less expensive and quicker than normal. Typically I would recommend the train though. Super cheap.
Watch out for really cool people who use valuable seats near the outlet station as a cupholder
It's always fun watching people who don't know how to travel and/or fly. Their comments are hilarious!

- Taxi was cheaper than both Uber and Lyft - $52 to Times Sq.
international airport which is very neat and orderly and disciplined, orderly and clean
Bad service for early morning flights. TSA doesn't re-open until 4:45 AM. Recommend that you arrive closer to your boarding time if you are taking a 6:00 AM flight out of JFK.

Bring earplugs or headphone for screeching children. They are on every plane-you can usually find them in the seat directly behind me.

Some TSA staff are an absolute disgrace here and should be grateful to even have a job! Learn to speak English like a semi-educated human being before raising your thug voice - shoes, not kicks bro!

security lines are always crazy no matter the hour. get there w plenty time to spare
If you are flying Virgin America don't forget there are electric outlets underneath your seats!
Terminal two is bad. Check in at terminal 4.. Shop and eat then hop on the shuttle back to terminal 2
Good luck come in plenty of time the airport is in chaos, very little signage or direction I am a Delta Diamond member and I received zero assistance from Delta employees.
