20 minutes since we ordered and still no appetizer or pizza. Not sure if this is normal for them, but not off to a good start. The details inside the building are beautiful though.

Tourist trap. Go if you must. I'd rather have gone to the sliced pizza places on 8th avenue... Also - there's a *flagship* Shake Shack at the corner of 8th and 44th.

The tour guide on citylights said this stepped all over lombardi? Man could he tell a joke or what! John's ordinary pizza. Try and match above domino's standard i guess? tip: goto lombardi's.

The waiter we had had no finesse. he asked my husband's order first then reached a across us w.o. excusing himself. Other than that the food is so good u put up w NYC rudeness right?

The pizza is just okay and overpriced. Skip it, and go to a place that does real NY pizza. If you’re already here, order their giant calzone as a better option.
