- Will HouNovember 3, 2012Their chicken broth(no msg) is very different from ordinary ramen broth, totally worth trying. But I'll prolly not come again because of the long wait...
- Wendy QiuJanuary 26, 2015Line is always obnoxiously long .. The new location is so much cleaner and less crowded !
- héloïseDecember 12, 2011This place rules. Noodles are advanced level al dente. Broth is tasty and not too salty. (I'm looking at you Ippudo.)
- tomomi C.January 4, 2013Come early if you don't want to be standing in line outside... especially when it's cold!
- Corbin WongSeptember 25, 2010The Spicy Bamboo Shoots are crazily hot! Try them at your own risk. Come for the Gaga inspired hair, 90s R&B, and 80s Nike Air!
- Angelica F.January 10, 2011Make sure you ask for the spicy oil on the side when ordering the spicy ramen. Not everyone shares their definition of spicy!
- Doug DerricottJuly 24, 2012If you do not like to wait and complain..dig out, faster for others to get in who appreciate. Taste is worth every second ;)
- Camille RadfordDecember 30, 2014Worst place to eat an hour and 30 min wait after the first 30 min before we were put on a list. They have little to no seating, food was salty, they don't allow for separate checks.
- Dan KaoNovember 11, 2013Cash only and be prepared to wait. Solid ramen but sorry NYC, la still has better ramen
- Drew KaufmanMay 22, 2014Eh... It's not that great. The chicken based broths are less flavorful than pork based. The pork was chewy and the chopped onion didn't really fit as well as the nori.
- Expect to get in here 2-3 hours after you put your name down. Totto is the new Soup Nazi.
- Flavor has changed a fair amount since 2015. Still good but not exquisite anymore
- Helen SJanuary 25, 2012one of the few places that has a vegetarian ramen option, that's actually really good!
- Daniel RayJuly 9, 2013Beware this place was recently closed by the Health Dept for violations. You're 99cent Ramen noddles may be the better choice.
- Miso Ramen with Kikurage Mushroom added and no onions is by far my favorite! ...add an extra Seasoned Boiled Egg if you are extra hungry. :-)
- Christina ChaeyJanuary 10, 2013If you anticipate leftovers, bring your own Tupperware--there are no takeout containers!
- Jessica ChanNovember 2, 2011this has become one of my favorite ramen places ever. get the chicken. so creamy.
- Nicholas DoyleJanuary 6, 2014Avoid the line by coming at 3pm-5pm, between the lunch and dinner rushes.
- Ben LMarch 18, 2011Miso ramem is where it's at. Roast pork, seasoned egg, ramen in a miso broth. Delicious!
- If the Extreme Spicy isn't hot enough get the Spicy Bamboo side. It's the spiciest thing on the menu. The chef told me this
- Dan EAugust 22, 2014Noodles are thin and a bit al dente. Good but not on par with neighborhood heavyweight Ippudo
