- They are trying a new TSA precheck system at the Delta terminal and it's quite slow. Allow for extra time if you are there.

- Charles TabangcoraJanuary 21, 2012Save money by taking the air trains to and from any of the MTA stations. If you have large luggage keep an eye out for handicap elevators.
- Terminal 7: the bathrooms towards gate 11 are MUCH cleaner and better than the ones by gate 9. Also, Balducci's is great for healthy food.
- Beware of Delta terminal 3. From the international area exit you have to go to area D at the domestic side to get picked up. It is a confusing, decrepit mess and they need to tear the terminal down.
- Waiting at the airport, grab some flyers may save you a few dollars on broadway shows
- If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. Also, there are two Peets in the Virgin America terminal past security so there's that.

- Quickest way in to city is AirTrain to Jamaica. Then grab the LIRR to Penn Station - 15 minutes nonstop!

- Say what?! Well, jetBlue is the only airline I use. If youre going to nantucket, then oh well for you because those flights are crazy.
- T5 is simply the best. Get Muji pens and a Jamba Juice.
- Easy to get to (kinda) and has some good restaurants.

- Gigantic, but organized and clean free wifi available
- Terminal 5 now has filtered water station by Gate 9, across from the CIBO Express
- Eat before you et here because the prices for food are insane! You need to refinance your home just to buy a small bag of chips!

- Bonnie ChenAugust 22, 2014There are not that many food kiosks around gates 30-40. Had to walk all the way to gate 12 for the food court. Thank god I had 3 hrs to spare. Otherwise I would've miss my flight trying to find food.
- Emily MJanuary 31, 2014United Terminal 11 and 12 is like a bus station ( a dump). Get your meal and/or creature comforts before you get to the gate.
